During the Creation (Genesis 1 ), evenings and mornings defined every day. God created a natural rhythm to the cycle of work and rest, to rejuvenate and restore the body regularly.

The scientific discovery of the circadian rhythm, according to which the body works in a cycle of 24 hours, with specific release of hormones at certain times of day, supports the statement made by Mrs. White: "The dream is worth a lot more before midnight than after. Two hours of good sleep before twelve o'clock worth more than four hours after midnight "(MR 7:224).

His perfect life and sacrifice are our only hope. In it we find rest.
Jesus speaks not only those who are full of sin but also to those who hesitate under the burdens of life, regardless of them. God knows our struggles and burdens, and offers that let their feet, trusting in His love, mercy and care, regardless of our situation. What a relief for our weary souls when we learn to trust him!
